   In the beginning, any place is good for learning. You will never find a beautiful path ready to follow to learn. And there are few even in foreign languages.  In reality, many web agencies do link building in a very black hat way (in itself link building still goes against Google's guidelines and is therefore theoretically black hat), it's just that many don't know it or they really want to sell themselves as well as do fast and clever results.
